J. Todd Ross I CEO and Co-Founder
“JTodd” enjoyed a distinguished career as a United States Naval Intelligence Officer, ultimately serving as Commander of the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). While at ONI, Captain Ross led a premier maritime intelligence and information technology enterprise that provided intelligence products and services for national defense, homeland security and naval leadership. He previously held several intelligence leadership positions afloat while engaged in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. When not deployed, he supported the Intelligence directorates at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and at U.S. Second Fleet. He’s a former staff instructor for the prestigious Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), survived the terrorist attack at the Pentagon on September 11th of 2001 and served as Executive Assistant to the Director of Naval Intelligence.
After transitioning from the Navy, he was an Executive Director and Strategist for both CACI and Hewlett-Packard, providing mission and information technology solutions to Defense-related clients. His leadership delivered on dozens of classified contracts, ensuring both client delight and sustained profitable growth.
JTodd is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, the U.S. Naval War College, George Mason University’s School of Management (MBA) and the Executive Leadership Coaching certificate program in Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. An experienced leader in the public sector and private industry, and a credentialed Leadership Coach, JTodd brings passion and excitement to his engagements to transition the good leaders to great, and the great to BETTER, enabling all clients to be MORE of who they aspire to be.
Traci A. Ross I President and Co-Founder
A graduate of Penn State University, Traci completed Aviation Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, Florida. Upon commissioning, she served as a Naval Flight Officer in the S-3B Viking aircraft completing operational deployments aboard USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and USS Theodore Roosevelt. After earning a Master's Degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Traci joined the Navy's Human Resource Community and earned a Senior Professional Human Resource Certification. Traci culminated a 23-year career in the U.S. Navy as a Faculty Instructor and Director of Human Resource Management in the Department of Command, Leadership, and Management at the United States Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA.
Traci has served in various key leadership positions for the United States Naval Academy, President, Board of Inspection and Survey, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Office of Naval Intelligence, and the United States Army War College. She currently serves Carson Long Military Academy as a part-time College/Career Counselor.
Traci specializes in strategic planning, professional coaching and mentoring. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Strategic Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Team-Building, Organizational Change, Academic Coaching and Event Planning. Traci sits on the board of directors for the Perry County Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Chamber of Commerce, and is a Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Graduate.
